We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a specialized SHARP Copier Technical Training program for the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE). The session brought together senior technicians from thirteen districts for an intensive, hands-on learning experience aimed at strengthening the Bank’s internal technical capabilities.
Training Highlights:
- Online Upskilling Sessions: Delivered in collaboration with our partners at Altech FZCO, these sessions covered core areas such as operation, maintenance, and first-level troubleshooting for SHARP copier models.
- Customized Refresher Courses: Our in-house technical experts provided tailored instruction based on CBE’s existing copier models, using real-life service scenarios to ensure practical relevance.
- Hands-On Machine Practice: Participants engaged directly with the equipment, resolving live issues including toner errors, paper jams, and system configurations.
