1. Project Engineer (1 Position)
Job Summary
The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and delivering enterprise ICT infrastructure projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, systems administration, or technical project implementation within an ICT system integrator.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise ICT infrastructure deployment and project implementation.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
2. Presales Engineer (2 Positions)
Job Summary
The Presales Engineer will work closely with the sales and technical teams to design innovative ICT solutions that address customer business needs. The role involves translating customer requirements into technically sound, scalable, and competitive solutions while supporting the entire sales lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in ICT presales engineering.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, managed IT solutions, and vendor technologies.
- Ability to design end-to-end ICT solutions and prepare technical proposals and presentations.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
3. Account Manager (3 Positions)
Job Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise customers while identifying new business opportunities and delivering technology solutions that create measurable value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B account management, technical sales, or business development within ICT, software, or telecommunications environments.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts, CRM pipelines, and customer business reviews is an added advantage.
4. Solution Architect (1 Position)
Job Summary
The Solution Architect will lead the design of enterprise technology architectures and provide technical leadership for complex customer engagements, digital transformation initiatives, and strategic solution development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Senior Systems Engineer within an ICT system integrator, telecommunications, or enterprise technology environment.
- Strong expertise in enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, data center technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, major RFP responses, solution design workshops, and customer presentations.
